Elizabeth Oakes DOB 12/5/66, pleaded not guilty to charges of forgery and embezzlement that occurred from May to July in 2014 in Woodstock. She also pleaded not guilty to charges of embezzlement that occurred from June 2007- July 2014, also in Woodstock. Michael Wishinski, DOB 12/6/56, pleaded not guilty to a chage of possession of marijuana in Windsor on September 5

Leonard Bolduc, DOB 7/4/52, pleaded not guilty to a charge of DUI, on October 16 in Springfield

Jeffrey Sherman, DOB 4/23/55, pleaded not guilty to a charge of DUI, on Rochester on September 16

Gilberto Borges, DOB 6/8/88, pleaded not guilty to a charge of DUI 1, reckless or negligent driving, and excessive speed, in Chester on October 22

Todd Bertrand, DOB 10/25/78, pleaded not guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle while having a suspended license, in Chester on September 2

Douglas Sargent, DOB 11/1/69, pleaded not guilty to charges of operating a motor vehicle while having a suspended license, and violating conditions of release, in Windsor on September 29. Previously, he was also charged with driving suspended on August 18^th and 16h, and was charged with retail theft in July.
