Bruce Fleming, DOB 2/16/46, pleaded not guilty to a charge of his first DUI, in Weathersfield on August 22

Christian West, DOB 8/15/93, pleaded not guilty to a charges of third degree arson, three charges of unlawful mischief, burglary, and unlawful trespass in Windsor on September 7.
